Marvin D. Melnikoff brings more than three decades of licensing-industry innovation and leadership to his role as president of BrandLeaders, a division of Integrity Search Inc. BrandLeaders conducts executive searches on behalf of companies seeking to strengthen their brands through new senior leadership. Just as Integrity Search works with corporate leaders who are dedicated to growing their brands through powerful internal and external communication, BrandLeaders focuses on finding the executives who create, nurture and manage those brands.

As longtime vice president of licensing for The Franklin Mint, Marvin forged successful partnerships with global consumer product companies, such as Coca-Cola, Harley Davidson and General Motors; international museums, such as the Victoria and Albert and the Louvre; celebrity and public figures ranging from Gerald Ford and Ted Turner to Jack Nicklaus and Loretta Lynn; non-profit/cause-related marketing organizations, such as the United Nations, the International Olympic Committee, and the Girl Scouts; and with virtually every major film studio.

During his 25 years at the Franklin Mint, Marvin helped transform a company known largely for commemorative coins and medals into the worldâs largest originator and producer of collectibles.  His business knowledge, marketing expertise and negotiating success were instrumental in helping to create the licensing industry of today.  In recognition of his accomplishments, service and dedication, in 1996 he was inducted into the International Licensing Merchandisers Association's Hall of Fame.

In 1997 Marvin founded Showtime Licensing Inc., and advised companies, associations and individuals seeking to maximize their brands or names through licensing, endorsements or sponsorships.

Marvin holds a BS in Economics from New York University and an MBA in Marketing and Economics from the Bernard Baruch School of the City College of New York.  A guest lecturer on licensing, branding and marketing at universities such as Temple, NYU and CCNY, he also has authored several articles in the field.  Marvin has served as a speaker, panel member or moderator at numerous industry conferences.  Currently, he serves on the executive committee and board of directors of the Philadelphia Sports Congress and as a court-appointed special advocate for children.
