Welcome to BrandLeaders, a division of Integrity Search Inc. Under the direction of President Marvin D. Melnikoff, we are a search practice dedicated to the recruitment of senior-level professionals in every aspect of licensing and branding. BrandLeaders conducts searches for companies seeking to strengthen their brands through innovative leadership.

Created in response to a dearth of specialized recruitment service in the licensing industry, BrandLeaders performs immense amounts of research, interviews and "legwork", working to understand what type of candidate would best suit the position. It is, in essence, a mediating agent between company and client that conducts an objective evaluation for hiring negotiations.

The Licensing Book profiled the launch of BrandLeaders in a full-length feature in its November 2002 issue. Referencing the recruiting coup of tapping industry veteran Marvin Melnikoff, Integrity Search President Janet Long said:

"I couldn't think of another person who better understands the licensing industry from the inside out. He has credibility among licensees and licensors and is not only known for his business savvy and expertise, but for his ethics and integrity as well."

BrandLeaders: The Next Generation
Marvin Melnikoff, president of BrandLeaders, served as co-chair for the 2004 Temple University Annual Economics of Sports Conference, with the theme of "Sports and Entertainment Branding: Dynamics, Illusions and Realities." The conference is co-presented by the Fox School of Business and Management and the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

BrandLeaders helped recruit an all-star conference faculty panel, including Mark Dwyer of NASCAR, LIMA Hall of Famer Lois Sloane of SloaneVision Unlimited, Dave Coskey of Comcast Spectator and The Licensing Book Editor Matthew Scheiner.
